The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 102/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/448/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the allegation levelled against the petitioner and the injury is simple in nature, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Kateya
