1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier moved before this Court seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.50696 of 2024 and the same was permitted to be withdrawn by an order dated 18.10.2024 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the liberty granted by order dated 18.10.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.50696 of 2024, the instant regular bail has been filed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52530 of 2025(2) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 as charges against the petitioner stands framed by an order dated 28.11.2024 (Annexure-P/4).

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-XX, Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P. S. Case No.46 of 2011, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his brother Kedar Paswan.

7. The application stands allowed.

8. However, in the event, if the learned trial Court comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner after recording reasons.
