JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No. 51 of 2013 registered under Sections 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

It is alleged that 120 bags of rice, each containing 20 K.G. were seized from the premises of Laxmi Rice Mill having emblem of Food Corporation of India.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42542 of 2015 (2) dt.08-10-2015 inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
