This Court was granting bail on 05.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41612 of 2019 incorporating the condition that one of the bailor should be elected representative of local body. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that elected representative of local body is not available as bailor. Considering the aforesaid, the condition imposed in the order dated 05.07.2019 is modified to the extent that in place of elected representative of local body, the family member of the petitioner should be accepted as bailor.
