The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B)/22(a) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

More than 2 kg. of Ganja was allegedly recovered from the house of the petitioner when the petitioner or her husband were not there in the house.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2020. The house is occupied by other family members also. Hence, there is no direct material against the petitioner, who is a female having no criminal antecedent. Considering the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of

Case No. 68 of 2020, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
