2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A, 304 (B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . It is a case of dowry death .

4. Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. He is separate in mess and property. There is no specific allegation is alleged against him and he has no concern with the love affairs between the couple. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul Lakhisarai Patna in connection with Rail Kiul (P . P . Barahiya) P . S. Case No . 189 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
