JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 13-10-2017 This petition has been filed in public interest and the relief claimed is for a direction to the respondents to conduct an inquiry with regard to faulty construction of the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan in Mauza Jhajhara in the district of Darbhanga. Looking into the grievance made by the petitioner, this Court does not deem it appropriate to interfere into the matter in a public interest writ petition. The petitioner may make a complaint to the vigilance authorities of the State Government
Patna High Court CWJC No.7913 of 2017(4) dt.13-10-2017 2/2 or the Lokayukta Organisation with regard to illegality or irregularity, if any, and it would be for these authorities to look into the grievance of the petitioner.
