In this application, the allegation has been made that the Principal of Magadh Mahila College, Patna (respondent no.7) has given the work order for supply of materials for repairing of the building to his own person, namely, Pradip Kumar and his son,

Patna High Court CWJC No.19801 of 2019 dt.25-09-2019 2/2 namely, Manish Kumar, thereby committed the financial irregularity.

Let the matter be referred to the Hon'ble Chancellor of the Universities, he will look into the matter and if it is found that irregularities have been committed, then proper action will be taken against the Principal of Magadh Mahila College, Patna. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
