2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 22.04.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 4557 of 2025 by this Court to the extent that during pendency of the said bail petition, the petitioner was arrested on 10.04.2025 in connection with Jehanabad Sikaria P.S. Case No. 279 of 2025 under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act in which he was granted bail, but due to communication gap, this fact was not brought to the notice of this Court at the time of considering the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner. Accordingly, he requests for making correction in paragraph - 4 of order dated 22.04.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 4557 of 2025 so far as clean antecedent of petitioner is concerned and also extension of further time to surrender in the Court below.

3. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, in paragraph - 4 of order dated 22.04.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 4557 of 2025, let "Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature" be read in place of "Petitioner claims clean antecedent" and further six weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the concerned Court where the case is pending, subject to deposit of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) in the office of concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

4. Accordingly, said order passed in Cr.Misc. No. 4557 of 2025 is modified to the aforesaid extent.

5. This petition is, accordingly, allowed.
