The petitioner, (1) Satendra Singh (2) Suimt Singh @ Sumit Kr. Shahi, apprehend their arrest in Fulwaria P.S. Case No.90 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 / 34 IPC.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that both the parties are next door neighbour and there was free fighting in connection with Nali. There is also counter case filed by the petitioners against the informant.

Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that they are next door neighbor and there is case and counter case, I

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42246 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 2/2 direct that both the petitioners, named above, to surrender before the Court concerned within one month from today and on their so surrendering, the Court below is directed to release both of them on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Five Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gopalganj in connection with Fulwaria P.S.
