The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341 /323/307/379/324/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is direct allegation against the petitioner but the injuries purported to have been inflicted are not as have been reported and the injury report bellies the prosecution case. Furthermore, there was no repetition of blows.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30425 of 2016 (2) dt.28-09-2016 P2/2 a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 121/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
