That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ, order and direction for quashing the letter No. 688 dated 24/7/2023 issued by the Circle Officer, Hayaghat whereby and where under it has been requested to the Block Development Officer, Hayaghat to make construction of WPU on Hayaghat Block of Sidhauli Panchayat in Khata No. 819 Khesara No. 920 which is road and public type land on which early lay out was made for construction and further may direct to the respondents to make sure construction in early allotted land which is situated

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Darbhanga for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
