JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Petitioner apprehend her arrest in a case under section 420 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code on the allegation that she tempered with the income papers for getting pension under the Public Services Act.

The petitioner submits that she is an illiterate lady and by mistake there was some over writing on the relevant document and similarly situated one Kaushalya Devi has already been allowed anticipatory bail.

In the facts of the case, in case of surrender, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl.
