Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case filed under Sections 353, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 332, 333, 353, 307, 427 and 337 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that people of the locality got enraged upon the death of Sonu Ravidas in a road accident. It is alleged that 23 persons including the petitioners and other unknown 50 persons started assaulting the driver, attacked the police party and started raising alarm against the district administration. It is urged that allegation against the petitioners is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26255 of 2016 (2) dt.04-07-2016 2 / 2 general and omnibus and specific allegation of assaulting the police is upon the co-accused Anil Ravidas, Jitendra Ravidas and Munna Choudhary. Petitioners claim that they have no criminal antecedent.

Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today in Aungari P.S. case no.26 of 2016, the above named petitioners, Karu Ravidas, Ranjeet Ravidas and Harinandan Ravidas shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Nalanda subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
