2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 99 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. There is recovery of 90 litres of illicit liquor from the petitioner who is in custody since 20.06.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to donate Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) in some charitable organization without accepting his guilt.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the

No.55747 of 2024(2) dt.14-08-2024 2/2 petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani/ concerned court in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 99 of 2020.

6. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twentyfive Thousand Only) in Ramakrishna Mission Sevashrama, Bela, Muzaffarpur and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioner.

7. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Harlakhi police station on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
