Having regard to the fact that the petitioners now have a remedy before the Bihar Land Tribunal, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioners to move before the Bihar Land Tribunal, for redressal of the grievance raised herein.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7801 of 2006 (6) dt.16-09-2015 That being so, this application is permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
