Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been awarded different type of works. He has carried out the assigned work but payment has not been made. He was given advance of Rs. 4 lacs. As has been claimed he is entitled to the rest amount for each work after adjusting Rs.4 lacs.

In such view of the matter, petitioner is directed file a detailed application before the Executive Officer, Municipal Corporation, Chapra who will be obliged to examine the case

Patna High Court CWJC No.7788 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 of the petitioner and if it is found that petitioner is entitled for the same, he will be obliged to pay the same within a period of six months from the date of filing of the application. With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
