JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-07-2017 It is the grievance of the petitioner that construction work of P.C.C. Drain and P.C.C. Road from Gulzarbagh Railway Station to the house of Shri Shiv Bachan Mishra Jee in Khairunia Bagicha under Ward No.56 of P.M.C., Patna for which amount has been sanctioned and orders have been issued, is not undertaken and as the work is not being undertaken, the people in the area are adversely affected. It is stated that the matter was taken up with the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7857 of 2017 dt.19-07-2017 2/2 government authorities at various levels and till date in spite of the fact that discussions have taken place and orders issued in the Department in June, 2016, the construction has not commenced. Keeping in view the aforesaid grievance of the petitioner, it is directed that respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and ensure implementation of the construction work as sanctioned and complete it within a reasonable period.
