2. The petitioner is aggrieved by non payment of his pension and gratuity.

3. From the materials on record, it appears that the matter is shuttling between the Accountant General and the State Government.

4. It is unfortunate that the authorities are not finalizing the matter without the petitioner being at fault despite having superannuated on 31.12.2011.

5. In view of the aforesaid, let the matter be settled between the State authorities and the Accountant General and whatever payment has to be made to the petitioner, the same be done within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order before the respondents no. 2 and 7. If any order is required from any other Department(s) of the State Government, it shall be the responsibility of the respondent no. 2 to ensure that the same is obtained and forwarded to the Accountant General.

6. The writ petition stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
