Mr. Smt.Shilpa Singh-Ga12 CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-05-2018 It appears from the order dated 29.3.2018 the petitioners were directed to make necessary correction in the party respondent nos. 7 and 8 but unfortunately the correction was not taken note while passing the order dated 29.3.2018 and as such C.W.J.C. No. 7405 of 2017 instead of District Education Officer, Patna and District Programme Officer(Establishment), Patna, the same was wrongly typed as District Education Officer, Nalanda and District Programme Officer(Establishment), Nalanda.

The same error was also occurred in C.W.J.C. No. 7482 of 2017, C.W.J.C. No. 7463 of 2017, C.W.J.C. No. 7406 of 2017, C.W.J.C. No. 7573 of 2017 and C.W.J.C. No. 7504 of 2017 vide order dated 29.3.2017 except C.W.J.C. No. 7430 of 2017.

The order in the aforesaid C.W.J.C. Nos. as mentioned

5/5 above is corrected and it will be read as District Education Officer, Patna and District Programme Officer (Establishment) Patna in place of District Education Officer, Nalanda and District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nalanda. The aforesaid correction may be read in the order dated 29.3.2018.
