Petitioner is accused in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 46 of 2019 registered under Sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act and sections 137 and 147 of the Indian Railway Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2019.
