JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-06-2020 Heard Mr. Alok Kumar Alok, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2768 of 2018/Tr. No. 1911 of 2019 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 498A and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that the dispute between the spouses stands settled before the mediation centre. In that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of

No. 1911 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. If this statement is not found to be correct by the court below, the order shall not be implemented.
