Petitioner seeks bail in Durgawati P.S. Case No.174 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a), 56(B) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is alleged that total 100.80 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from a vehicle. Satyendra Kumar Ram was driving the vehicle.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner has no concern with the alleged liquor. He is in custody since 23.06.2019 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
