2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 81 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with butt of a pistol. The petitioner is in jail since 28.04.2024 having clean antecedent.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57509 of 2024(2) dt.21-08-2024 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 81 of 2024.
