1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For setting aside the report of the medical board dated 02.03.2021 whereby and where under the petitioner has been found medically unfit upon the disable condition of "KNOCK KNEE".

(ii) Further commanding the respondent authorities to convene re-medical test in presence of medical board rather not individually."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that since the selection process is over, the present writ petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
