JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 08-01-2025 The petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for a direction upon the police officer to register a criminal case against the accused persons.

2. The State-Respondents have filed a counter affidavit. It appears from para-11 of the counter affidavit that police have already registered Rupaspur P.S. Case No.826 of 2024 dated 09.12.2024 under Section 304A of the I.P.C.

3. It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that on registration of FIR, his grievance is satisfied at this stage.
