2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 137(2), 96 and 3(5) of the BNS, registered in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S.Case No. 47 of 2025.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with her husband as well as other accused persons, under a conspiracy, kidnapped the daughter of the informant with ulterior motive.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the victim did not support the prosecution case in her statement under Section 183 of the BNSS. She has solemnized the marriage with a boy with whom she eloped. The petitioner is an innocent lady and is in custody since 30.03.2025.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S.Case No. 47 of 2025, subject to the following conditions:- (i). The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make herself available as and when required by the court.
(ii). The learned court below, before accepting the bail bond, shall examine the recitals of the statement of the victim under Section 183 of the BNSS.
