ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Lakshmipur P.S. Case No.168 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 323, 341, 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and that admittedly, the father of the informant had fallen on the motorcycle on account of scuffle and because there was no intention to cause any damage, let both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16355 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Lalan Kumar, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Lakshmipur P.S.
