2. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected order dated 24.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26214 of 2024 by this Court.

3. The victim was minor at the time of occurrence. The petitioner enticed away her and committed sexual assault with her due to which she became pregnant.

4. I do not see any reason for consideration of my earlier order dated 24.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26214 of 2024 whereby the prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused.

5. Accordingly, the present bail application stands rejected.
