The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.08.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.33966 of 2015 in connection with Complaint Case No.1312 C of 2007, to the extent that in the cause title, of the order inadvertently, the name of opposite party no.2 has been recorded as "Abha Rai" in stead of "Abha Rani" as well as in the sixth paragraph of the order "learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Patna " has been recorded whereas it should be "learned SubDivisional Magistrate, Munger. The said mistakes perpetuated in the order since they were wrongly mentioned in the cause title as well as prayer portion of the main petition.

Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the cause title as well as prayer portion of the main petition.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44111 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 In view of the aforesaid, let in the cause title of the order dated 14.08.2015, the name of opposite party no.2, be read as "Abha Rani" in place of "Abha Rai" as well as in the sixth paragraph of the order learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Patna" be read as "learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Munger. The order dated 14.08.2015 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of.
