2. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 211 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.06.2023. He further submits that the petitioners are said to have assaulted the victim but the injuries are found simple in nature.

4. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two
