====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 28-06-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, petitioner was granted provisional bail vide order dated 21.02.2022.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 50,000/- to the opposite party no. 2/complainant within three months. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10452 of 2021(6) dt.28-06-2022 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional bail granted vide order dated 21.02.2022 is hereby confirmed.

If the petitioner fails to deposit the aforesaid amount within the stipulated period, the complainant/opposite party no. 2 will be at liberty to file an application for cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner before the learned court below.
