JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-10-2015 Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners has already been refused by this Court vide order dated 11.2.2015, passed in Cr.Misc.No 36446 of 2014.

They have again renewed the prayer on the ground that compromise has taken place between the parties. Having regard to the facts of the case, if the petitioners as mentioned above, surrender before the court bellow and the other side appears and accepts the factum of compromise (Annexure 3), the petitioners would be released on bail to the satisfaction of Sri V N Prasad, JM 1st class, Saharsa in Bakhtiarpur Police station Case No. 15 of 2014, otherwise order would be passed on the merit of the case.
