1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) To direct the respondents 1st Set to stop all the payments of death benefits as well as pension of late Chandra Shekhar Sriwastawa-S.B.O. -1 Etarhi,
Patna High Court CWJC No.18983 of 2021(2) dt.06-03-2024 2/2 Buxar to respondents-8 Kanak Kumari till the disposal of the several petitions pending before the board with regard to the interest of Swasti Srivastawa the respondent no-09.
(ii) To direct the respondents 1st Set to consider the claim of the petitioner in the light of the future of the respondent no-09 Swasti Srivastawa daughter of Late Chandra Shekhar Srivastawa (iii) To direct the respondents 1st Set to decide all the matters keeping in mind the interest of Swasti Srivastawa respondent no 09 the daughter of Late Chandra Shekhar Srivastawa who now lives with the petitioner the grand mother. Her mother left her and lives with another person namely Triveni Prasad s/o late Bindhwasni Lal, resident of Mahalla - Gajadharganj, P.S-Buxar, Dist - Buxar."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
