The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sasaram (Darigao) P.S. Case No. 1496/17 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Sections 147/148/149/341/323/ 324/ 353/427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations made, let the petitioners in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions
