2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 323, 376, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

3. On the false pretext of marriage, this petitioner is alleged to have established physical relation with minor daughter of informant, resulting in her pregnancy.

4. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has supported the prosecution case.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
