JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Inarwa P.S. Case No.28 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 448, 324, 307, 353, 427, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have clean antecedent. Allegation against these petitioners is that petitioners are among the 200-250 persons involved in disturbing the public peace and damage to public property. On account of which FIR was lodged against more than

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13762 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 200 protesters who were raising protest against murder of U.P. Mukhiya of the locality. Similar circumstances, others have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.1405 of 2018 vide order dated 19.01.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Inarwa P.S. Case No.28 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
