The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case no. 97 of 2019, registered under Sections 427, 429, 436 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in the late evening of 12.04.2019, the informant Bageshwar Mandal after taking the dinner slept in his house. In the mid night, he heard the noise then woke up and saw that his cattle house was burning. The informant raised alarm, but till reaching of the neighbours his cattle house and residential house were burnt to ash in which one cow, two she-goats and one Hero Honda motorcycle and

It is further alleged that due to land dispute with petitioner No.1 the petitioners had given threatening either to kill him or to burn his house. The informant raised suspicion against the petitioners having hand in the burning of his cattle and residential house. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that informant is not eye-witness of the occurrence, rather, he raised suspicion regarding burning of his house. The petitioners has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 97 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
