This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 55414 of 2017. It has been submitted that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the aforesaid order but he could not surrender in the court below within stipulated time on the ground of illness of his youngest son who was suffering from Dengue as mentioned in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the modification application. In such circumstances, this modification application is allowed to the extent that the time for surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for further four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
