2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 341, 324, 325, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 69 of 2013.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with a land dispute.
4. Considering the above and the specific accusation that the petitioner has shot an arrow causing injury to the informant which appears to be supported from the injury report, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
