JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-03-2018 Bereft of the lengthy pleadings, which has been made in the present writ petition, in nutshell the position as on date is that the Secretary, Rural Development Department, Bihar, Patna by an order dated 01.02.2018 has allowed the appeal of the petitioner herein and directed for reinstatement of the petitioner on the contractual basis. In such view of the matter, the respondents are directed to honour the said order of the Secretary dated 01.02.2018. The writ petition is disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
