Case No. 374 of 2017, dated 22.11.2017, instituted for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the First Information Report and his name has transpired only on the statement of some of the co-accused persons. One of such co-accused person, who has taken the name of the petitioner, is none else but his brother-in-law with whom he has serious litigation.
