ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the First Information Report of Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2013. Considering that investigation should be rarely interfered with, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application stands disposed off with a direction to the Investigating Officer to conclude the investigation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order if he has not done so already.

Let this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Patna, for its onward transmission to the Investigating Officer, in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2013 pending
