18-05-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners, in presence of learned State Counsel as well as learned counsel for the private Respondents, submits the present writ petition pertains to a dispute under the provisions of the Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1956, which is a scheduled Act under Section-9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. Accordingly, a prayer is being made for transmitting the record of the case to the Bihar Land Tribunal.
In view of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners and in terms of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of the case to the Bihar Land Tribunal forthwith.
