KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 23-03-2018 In view of the counter affidavit filed by respondent nos.2 and 3 indicating action taken in connection of the sewage pipe line and their linking to ensure the removal of water logging and other problem expressed in this petition, we dispose of the matter directing the authorities of the Patna Municipal Corporation to ensure that the averments made by them in the counter affidavit are implemented in letter and spirit and for the future, steps are taken to avoid the inconvenience that may be caused to the public of the area due to water logging or any other defect in the matter of operation of the sewage system in the area in question. In case the sewage system does not work

Patna High Court CWJC No.7926 of 2017(13) dt.23-03-2018 2/2 properly and create water logging problem in the area in question, petitioner shall have liberty to bring the facts to the notice of the Court.
