No. 1111 of 2014 arising out of Sitamarhi Mahila P.S. case No.20 of 2014 pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Sitamarhi.

Since the Court below had after due consideration of merits applied his discretion in favour of the private Opposite Party, I do not find any reason for interference. The application stands dismissed.
