Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bena/Chandi P.S.Case No. 187 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 448, 308, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other co-accused persons is of assault to the informant while birthday celebration was going on in his house.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is litigation going on between the parties from before and as such he has falsely been implicated in this case and no injury report is available on record and on supervision the case was found true.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Bena/Chandi P.S.Case No. 187 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
