Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the issue with regard to entitlement of the petitioner is no more res integra and this court vide Annexure-4 has already decided the issue by oral judgment dated 3.3.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1139 of 2017.

In view of the order contained in Annexure-4, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3 to examine the case of the petitioner in the light of Annexure-4 and if the case of the petitioner is found covered by the decision of this

Patna High Court CWJC No.8012 of 2017 (3) dt.24-01-2018 2/2 court in C.W.J.C. No. 1139 of 2017 dated 3.3.2017, the respondent no.3 is required to extend similar benefit to this petitioner also.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
