JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That, this writ application is directed for issuance of appropriate writ/direction commanding the respondents no. 01 to take legal action against the respondent no.4, who is sitting tight over the matter and not disposing off Case No. 340/2023-24, contrary to provisions contained in Rule-6 of Bihar Land Mutation Rule, 2012."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State seeks to file a counter affidavit, copy whereof has already been filed

The learned counsel for the respondents submits, by referring to paragraph no. 10 of the aforesaid counter affidavit filed in the present case that mutation will be carried out in favour of the petitioner on 26.08.2024.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the mutation has already been carried out in favour of the petitioner, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
