The petitioner is in custody in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 979 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 498A, 323, 379, 448, 497 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is the husband of the informant and he is ready to keep his wife and children with full honour and dignity. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the informant is ready to stay with the petitioner. In view of the above, the court is inclined to grant bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51216 of 2019(2) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 979 of 2018.

After release of the petitioner, the court below shall refer the matter to the District Mediation Center so that the dispute between the husband and wife is finally settled amicably.
